Privacy Policy

CAC, Inc. ("CAC") respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use CAC's website and our services ("CAC Services"). Individually identifiable information about you is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving your permission, as explained in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy").

Cookies

At this time, CAC does not use "Cookies" on our websites. At such time when we decide to start using "Cookies", CAC will update the Privacy Policy to reflect this change.

What Information Do We Collect?

CAC does not collect any unique information about you (such as your name, email address, etc.) except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information. CAC may note and save information such as time of day, browser type, browser language, and IP address with each query to our website. That information is used to verify our records and to provide more relevant services to users. For example, CAC may use your IP address or browser language to determine which language to use when showing pages on our site and/or information to the user.

Links to Other Sites

The sites displayed as links to other sites by and/or from CAC Services are developed by people over whom CAC exercises no control. Other links, such as those for third-party software which might be needed for viewing of portions of the CAC website, are also on sites not controlled by CAC. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. CAC may choose to exhibit its links in the form of a "URL redirecter." When CAC uses a URL redirecter, if you click on a URL from and/or for a page on or off of the CAC website, information about the click is sent to CAC, and CAC in turn sends you to the site you clicked on. CAC uses this URL information to understand and improve the quality of CAC's website and quality of the technology used to deliver the information to the user. For instance, CAC might use this information to determine how often users view a page on the site, and how often they proceed to later links on the page or site.

With Whom Does CAC Share Information?

At this time, CAC only shares information about you with other departments, segments, and/or divisions of CAC. For instance, CAC might share with our Information Technology department, logs of which website your IP Address viewed, how many times you viewed it, and for how long. At such time when we decide to start sharing information with other people then described here, CAC will update the Privacy Policy to reflect this change. Please be aware, however, that we will release specific personal information about you if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.

Your consent and changes to the Privacy Policy

By using the CAC Services and our web site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as we have outlined in this policy and to our Terms of Service Policy. CAC may decide to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
